City offices closed Monday for MLK Day

City administrative offices, including City Hall, will be closed on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
The Dover Public Library is closed on Monday, Jan. 19.
The Dover Community Senior Center at the McConnell Center will also be closed on Monday, Jan. 19.
Curbside trash and recycling pick-up are not affected by the holiday.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is a parking holiday in Dover. Metered parking is free on parking holidays, except for the Orchard Street Parking Garage and Transportation Center Parking Lot, which are paid parking at all times.
