Paid Parking required at all times for public spaces (with some exceptions)

The public may park in any WHITE-lined parking stall. It requires paid parking 24 hours a day, including Sundays and holidays. Pay for parking at the Transportation Center meters or by using the ParkMobile phone app. Zone 30152

Exceptions to paid parking:

• 15-minute spaces along the tracks past the terminal used for waiting for train/bus passengers or visiting Bubby's Bagels.

• Seven spaces adjacent to the Community Trail entrance in the southwest corner of the lot.  These are two hour limited spaces only while the driver or passengers are actively using the Community Trail.

Long Term Parking

Vehicles parked for more than five consecutive days must park in the designated area along the train tracks past the terminal building. Violators are subject to ticketing and towing.

Permit Parking In Yellow Lined Spaces Only Section Added

A section of the Transportation Lot is designated for COCHECO MILLS PERMIT PARKING ONLY. The spaces are painted YELLOW and marked by posted signs. Only vehicles displaying permits authorized for Cocheco Mill tenants may be parked in these three bays at any time – 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Sundays and holidays.
