Our office staff includes the City Assessor, Assistant City Assessor, Assessing Clerk and Assessing Technician.  

Inspections

Inspections for building permits, construction, sales, and cyclical review are conducted by assessing staff. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding inspections or would like to schedule one.

The office is currently performing inspections of new and on-going construction and property sale transactions occurring in Dover.
