The Dover Housing Authority provides affordable housing opportunities, rental assistance programs, and supportive services for residents in the Dover community. NHHFA Home Ownership
The New Hampshire Housing and Finance Authroity offers a variety of programs and resources designed to help individuals and families achieve homeownership. Through first-time homebuyer programs, educational seminars, and financial assistance opportunities, New Hampshire Housing provides guidance and support throughout the homebuying process.
Programs and services include homebuyer education classes and seminars, resources to help residents build their homebuying team, mortgage and refinancing options, and downpayment and closing cost assistance programs for eligible buyers. New Hampshire Housing also partners with approved lenders and community organizations to help make homeownership more accessible and affordable for New Hampshire residents.
