City Council workshop on energy performance contracts Wednesday

The City Council will hold a workshop at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, before its regular meeting.
The topic of the workshop is energy performance contracts, which is the process of contracting with a firm to the energy efficiency of at no upfront cost, with the company paid back entirely from the guaranteed energy-cost savings over time.
