RSA Chapter 91-A Right to Know Law

The Office of the City Attorney assists City Departments, Boards, and Staff in complying with citizens’ requests for inspection of City documents under the Right to Know Law, RSA 91-A.

Citizens are encouraged to submit requests for information not readily available by using the Right to Know Request Form available below to allow timely processing of requests. The City of Dover strives to provide an open and accessible municipal government consistent with the provisions of Part I, Article 8 of the New Hampshire Constitution.
