The Friends of the Dover Public Library will hold a book sale that begins tomorrow, Friday, May 5,  and continues through Sunday, May 7, in the Library Lecture Hall. All leftovers will be free on Monday, May 8.

Hours will be Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hundreds of items will be available for sale, including fiction and nonfiction books, biographies, DVDs, CDs, children's books, cookbooks, and more. Prices range from 50 cents to $3, and all proceeds benefit the Friends of the Dover Public Library funds, which are used to help support the library in many ways. The Friends pay for programs throughout the year, support the Summer Reading Program, purchase all of the museum passes available to patrons, and much more.
