Community Services’ annual street sweeping operations are now underway and expected to continue through early June.
Current work is focused on cleaning sidewalks with blowers and brooms. Crews will begin sweeping the streets Monday, April 4, weather permitting. Downtown streets are scheduled to be cleaned first before moving to the rest of the city.
Sweeping operations will require temporary parking bans to allow crews to clear the street; advanced notice will be provided through signage, email and social media.
