The annual Holiday Parade will step off Sunday, Nov. 25, 2018, beginning at 2:30 p.m. The parade begins at the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce and continues down Central Avenue to Pine Hill Cemetery.

The parade organizer, Dover Children's Center, is still seeking sponsors, volunteers, flatbed trucks and participants.

The theme this year's parade is "Christmas Through the Decades." The parade's grand marshal for 2018 is Patty Rawding Anderson, the executive director of Reach for the Top Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation Program. Rawding Anderson has worked as a pediatric physical therapy in several states for more than 35 years and in New Hampshire since 1987. She has developed many programs for children and families throughout the state, and her focus has always been to make sure that all children regardless of their abilities have had the opportunity to be happy, healthy and as independent as possible. She has been a member of many state and national organizations supporting the quality, availability and accessibility to programs for children birth through adulthood.
