Interval Strength: A heart-pumping fat-burning fun workout that will challenge your entire body. This class mixes cardio exercises to increase your heart rate with weight training exercises to build strength. You will burn fat, build muscle, boost your metabolism and stay highly motivated to reach your fitness goals. All levels welcome!
Interval Strength - Tues/Thurs
Dates: May 2 - June 8, 2017 - 12 classes
Cost: $60/residents; $72/non-residents; $8/drop-ins when space allows
Interval Strength - Sat
Dates: May 6 - June 17, 2017 (SKIP: 5/27) - 6 classes
Cost: $30/residents; $36/non-residents; $8/drop-ins when space allows

Vinyasa Yoga is flowing movement with the breath, moving with each inhalation and each exhalation. Classes are created to effectively work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgement and non-competition for the student. In yoga we turn our attention inward. Encouraging ourselves to let go of external comparisons and judgments. Yoga is a process and a journey, not a destination.
Beginner Class: This class if for anyone who has never practiced Yoga or has taken just a few classes.
Cost: $20/residents; $24/non-residents; $8 drop in if there is room.
How do I register?
Registration for any of our programs can be completed at the McConnell Center (Door # 3) during normal business hours. Space will be limited so sign up early!
