The City Council will hold a public hearing on a pending resolution that would authorize appropriation and bonding for the FY2026 Capital Improvements Program. The bonding would be for $5,165,000 through the state’s Drinking Water Revolving Fund that would be used for lead service line replacement projects. The Council will vote on the resolution at its April 9 meeting.

The City Council will hold a public hearing on a pending resolution that would authorize appropriation and bonding for the FY2026 Capital Improvements Program. The bonding would be for $5,165,000 through the state’s Drinking Water Revolving Fund that would be used for lead service line replacement projects. The Council will vote on the resolution at its April 9 meeting.

Also on the agenda:

  • Awarding the city’s annual paving contract. City staff recommends the City Council award the paving bid to Continental Paving, Inc., of Londonderry for $2,158,905.
  • Authorizing additional engineering work for the Lower Central Avenue Improvement Project at a cost of $435,230.
  • Authorizing an additional scope of work for the Mill Street Pump Station project for $97,305.
  • Upgrading the light systems at the Dover Indoor Pool for $26,510.
