The Ad-Hoc Committee to Address Community Housing Needs presented its final report to the City Council on July 23 during the mayor’s report portion of the regular meeting.

Krysta Gingue, a member of the committee, led the presentation, which outlined short- and long-term recommendations for addressing Dover’s housing challenges through 2035. The group also recommends launching citywide education campaigns and creating partnerships with local organizations and businesses to expand access to housing.
