The City of Dover is developing a new chapter of the existing Master Plan titled Stewardship of Resources. This new chapter will combine a range of “resources” critical to what helps make Dover unique. Specifically, the Stewardship of Resources chapter will address energy, natural resources, historic and cultural resources, coastal management, natural hazards and social capital.

The Stewardship of Resources Steering Committee has prepared a draft chapter and is now seeking feedback. The draft chapter can be found here. A survey to provide feedback can be found at www.surveymonkey.com/r/DoverNH. The survey will be available through Dec. 17, 2016.

The Stewardship of Resources Steering Committee has prepared a draft chapter and is now seeking feedback. The draft chapter can be found here. A survey to provide feedback can be found at www.surveymonkey.com/r/DoverNH. The survey will be available through Dec. 17, 2016.

Feedback will be used to prepare the final version of the chapter, which will be forwarded to the Planning Board for adoption.

The City of Dover completed a community wide visioning process as part of its comprehensive master planning process in 2012. Some of the topics and themes identified during this process were combined to create the framework for the new Stewardship of Resources chapter of the Master Plan.
