General Election 2018

The New Hampshire General Election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018.

Voters will choose candidates for New Hampshire Governor, U.S. Congress, state Executive Council, state Senate, state Representative, and Strafford County seats, including County Commissioners, Sheriff, County Attorney, Treasurer and Register of Probate.

Voters will also decide two ballot questions. The ballot questions can be viewed here: 2018 Ballot Questions.

Polling places

Polling places are located in each City ward. Polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the day of the election, Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Dover has the following six polling places:

Ward 4 - Elks Lodge, 282 Durham Road

Ward 6 - Riverside Rest Home, 276 County Farm Road
