We welcome back Dr. Dan with his Neck pain seminar.  
The Neck Pain and Headache workshop will reveal how to heal neck pain and headaches for good without the use of medication, injections or surgeries.    Dr. Dan will explain the top 3 common causes of Neck Pain and Headaches along with how to manage or get rid of the pain for good.  If you or your loved one suffer from neck pain in the morning, pain while driving, or headaches that won’t go away then the Neck Pain and Headache Workshop is for you.  RSVP to Linda at 516-6420.  Free and open to the public.

Starting Tuesday, May 21st
The Dover Senior Center is proud to offer the Seacoast’s first Diabetes Self-Management Class.  Starting Tuesday May 21st at 1pm, this FREE 6-week course is designed to help diabetics and pre-diabetics manage living at home with this condition. It teaches when to talk with your doctor, how to read nutrition labels, how to create action plans, and how to manage the stress from diabetes. The course comes with a free 344 page resource book  “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions” and a Calorie Fat & Carb Counter book.  Limit 15 participants.  Please RSVP to Linda at 516-6420 to register.  Free and open to the 50+ public.
