Public-Private partnerships allow for the sharing of resources to finance, design, build, operate, and maintain transportation infrastructure projects and are especially effective when limited financial resources are available. In 2016, the New Hampshire Legislature passed Senate Bill 549, establishing a Public-Private Partnership Infrastructure Oversight Commission. (RSA 228:107-115.)

The P3 Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020, 6-6:30 p.m. at the Portsmouth City Hall, 1 Junkins Avenue, Conference Room A, Portsmouth to introduce new members and update the status of pending projects.

The P3 Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020, 6-6:30 p.m. at the Portsmouth City Hall, 1 Junkins Avenue, Conference Room A, Portsmouth to introduce new members and update the status of pending projects.

Immediately following the Public Meeting on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020, the Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on the draft Request for Proposals (RFP) on the pending transit facilities project in Portsmouth and Dover. During this time, the Commission will accept public comments on the RFP.

Attendees are requested to park across the street from City Hall in the lot with the playground and tennis courts, and walk up the hill to the building.
