DeStefano & Associates, the general contractor for Hellenic Realty Partners’ renovation of the former Foster’s building at 333 Central Avenue, will close Henry Law Avenue just north of Williams Street on two days this week to accommodate the installation of underground conduit.

The first block of Henry Law Avenue, from Washington to Williams streets, will be closed to all through traffic between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day, on Wednesday, July 10 and Thursday, July 11, 2019. A detour will be in place via Williams Street for access to the Dover Indoor Pool, Children’s Museum of New Hampshire and Central Towers parking lots.

Henry Law Avenue parking permit holders will be able to park on upper Henry Law Avenue on Wednesday and Thursday, except in areas specifically posted with no parking signs or when the road is physically obstructed by material deliveries or equipment.

This road closure was originally scheduled for later this month but has been moved ahead to accommodate the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce’s Cochecho Arts Festival concert series, which begins Friday, July 12, 2019, and is held at the Rotary Arts Pavilion at Henry Law Park.
