Work your magic this Saturday to help keep Dover clean

Did you know the average person produces four pounds of trash per day? And not all of that trash finds its way into a garbage can.
Before the snow starts falling, join Dover Public Library's New Hampshire Harry Potter Alliance group for a Trash Pick-Up Day in Dover on Saturday, Nov. 19, from 9 a.m. to noon. Those interested in volunteering are encouraged to sign up online at library.dover.nh.gov or to call the library at 603-516-6050.
It is recommended participants bring gloves, water and a snack. Volunteers for the Community Trail are also urged to bring rakes to clean up along the trail. Trash bags will be provided.
