ALL NEW: Muscle Power! A strong body means a healthy body. This strength class will challenge all your muscle groups with extra emphasis on your core. Get motivated for the new year! All levels are welcome.Interval Toning: A heart-pumping fat-burning fun workout that will challenge your entire body. This class mixes cardio exercises to increase your heart rate with weight training exercises to build strength. You will burn fat, build muscle, boost your metabolism and stay highly motivated to reach your fitness goals. All levels welcome!

Yoga
Instructor: Theresa Bean (ACE certified and YogaFit® trained - RYT-200HR)
Vinyasa Yoga is flowing movement with the breath, moving with each inhalation and each exhalation. Classes are created to effectively work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgement and non-competition for the student. In yoga we turn our attention inward. Encouraging ourselves to let go of external comparisons and judgments. Yoga is a process and a journey, not a destination.
Beginner Class: This class if for anyone who has never practiced Yoga or has taken just a few classes.
Session V:
Dates: June 11 -July 16, 2013; Tuesdays
Times: 6:00-7:00pm
Cost: $24/Residents; $30/Non-residents
Advanced Class: This class is for anyone that has been doing Yoga for awhile and wants to learn more about chakras and meditation, etc.
Session V:
Dates: June 10 - July 17, 2013; Mondays/Wednesdays
Times: 5:45-6:45pm
Cost: $48/residents; $60/non-residents
How do I register?
Registration for any of our programs can be completed at the McConnell Center (Door # 3) during normal business hours. Space will be limited so sign up early!
