ALL NEW: Yoga!
Instructor: Theresa Bean (ACE certified and YogaFit® trained).
Vinyasa Yoga is flowing movement with the breath, moving with each inhalation and each exhalation. Classes are created to effectively work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgement and non-competition for the student. A yoga for everybody in every body. The 1- hour class taught in a three mountain format provides for adequate warm-up, work in the middle and effective deep stretching at the end. In yoga we turn our attention inward. Encouraging ourselves to let go of external comparisons and judgments allows us to have a deeper experience in our yoga practice. Yoga is a process and a journey, not a destination.
Session II: November 16 - December 23rd; Mondays & Wednesdays
Times: 6:00-7:00pm
Cost: $48/residents; $60/non-residents
