Seacoast Women's Basketball League
The Seacoast Women's Basketball League is for women 18 + and out of high school. Games are played on Sunday afternoons at the McConnell Center. This is an "enter your own team" league, but if you are looking to join a team, contact Krista at (603) 516-6401 as teams are often looking to add players. The SWBL Season has begun! Men's Basketball Leagues
All Men's leagues take individual registrations and draft teams to try and ensure parity. Each league has a maximum of 54 players/6 teams. Registration forms can be downloaded, or will be available at the front desk of the McConnell Center by the end of September. Dover Recreation does not run any of the adult leagues - please contact the league coordinators with any questions!
18+ League
Games are played on Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings. Each team has a 20 game schedule, followed by playoffs. Games will begin in early to mid-November.

35+ League
Must be 35 by December 1, 2009 and games will start the first week of December. As long as we have an even number of teams, games are played on Monday nights at the McConnell Center. Registration period begins October 5th.
