Substantial Program Amendment
FFY2008

The Dover Planning and Community Development Department has received an increase in their FFY2008 CDBG allocation through the Stimulus and Recovery Program. The increased amount under the CDBG-R for Dover is $94,682.

The Planning Department is recommending the following use of the funds:

McConnell Center Energy Improvements: $85,214.
Consulting/Planning Activities: $ 9,468.
