Walking Group! Come join us to get some exercise! We meet at the Senior Center and walk approximately 2 miles. Call the Center at (603)516-6436 for more information. For the winter months & inclement weather, we will walk in the gymnasium.

Tuesday, September 4th:  Accessible voting @ 1:30pm
Do you or someone you know have trouble voting independently?  On Tuesday, September 4th the Disability Rights Center will be discussing the new accessible votinng machine and your voting rights. The new voting machines will be available for everyone to try out.  After seeing the new machine we hope that individuals will try it out at the upcoming September and November elections.  Free and open to the public - RSVP to Linda (603)516-6420

Thursday, September 6th:  Free hearing screenings - appointment required.
Free hearing screenings provided by Infinity Hearing of Kittery.  Appointment times are available between 9am and noon by calling 516-6420.  Open to the over-50 public.

Tuesdays, September 11th and 18th @ 1:00pm:  What Matters to Me
This two part series is important for anyone who has (or is) an aging parent or relative.  The goal of the workshop is to uncovere quality of life wishes and how to communicate them comfortably and effectively.  Free and open to the public but please sign up with Linda (603)516-6420.

Monday, September 17, 2018 @ 11:30am:  Dr. Dan - Shoulder and Rotator Cuff seminar
If you or your loved one has pain reaching the top shelf, getting dressed, sleeping or reaching to the back seat of the car, this workshop is for you.  Dr. Dan will be discussing how your shoulder pain can be caused by a number of things including your neck, the shoulder blade or the muscles of your rotator cuff.  RSVP to Linda at (603)516-6420.

Tuesday, September 18th @ 9:00am:  Veteran's Coffee meet & greet
We welcome Andrew Bob (Staff Sgt., US Army - Ret.) to the Senior Center for a Veterans Coffee meet and greet.  While you're with us, we will share updates from the Veteran's Administration, News of the world, and maybe a few war stories.  The snacks will be better than the chow hall, and the stories will probably be better than they were in real life.  RSVP to Linda to attend.  (603)516-6420.
