City of Dover, NH Ethics Policy

It is the policy of the City of Dover to uphold, promote and demand the highest standards of ethics and conduct from all of its employees and officials, whether elected, appointed or hired. All City employees and members of City boards,
commissions, committees and the City Council shall maintain the highest standards of
personal integrity, truthfulness, honesty and fairness in discharging their public duties,
and never abuse their positions or powers for improper or personal gain.

If you would like to file an ethics complaint, the City of Dover Ethics Complaint Form will need to be completed. You can download this form here or obtain one from the City Clerk's Office.

It is important to read the specific filing procedure, Code of Ethics Chapter 22, (22-13).
