Statement of Qualification for Trusts or Life Estates
Form PA-33

If your property is held in a trust or as a life estate, form PA-33, must also be submitted with all exemption and credit applications.

Taxpayer’s RSA 76:16 Abatement Application to Municipality
Please note that filing of this application does not stay the collection of taxes; taxes should be paid as assessed. Please bring or mail the completed application to the Tax Assessing Office.
